I thought to communicate to you that the word/concept “Remarkable” was present for me at the end of class….this is what my heart was feeling and presented in word form. The “Remark” is that the cohesiveness, grounded/connectedness, integrity of the group was apparent to the point of being stunning. I joyously reflect in awe of the process.  I joyously recite thanks and praises for your creating, guiding, and holding the space Dilma.
